• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Infinite Potential.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the written request.

Thank you for your understanding and commitment to your personal and professional growth with Infinite Potential.

• All individual sessions are non-refundable.

• Payment is due upon booking your session.

• A 24-hour cancellation notice is expected for rescheduling or canceling appointments.

• Missed appointments will be charged at the full session rate and there are no refunds or credits.

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full session rate.

• Infinite Potential reserves the right to adjust session pricing in the future.

• Self Study Courses are non-refundable.

• Cancellation by Participants:

  • Anyone canceling registration will receive a full refund, minus a $150 fee.

  • No refunds will be issued after 6:00 pm CST the evening before the training commences.

• Cancellation by Infinite Potential or Sherry:

  • Infinite Potential or Sherry reserves the right to cancel a seminar due to low attendance.

  • In the event of a seminar cancellation, students will receive a full refund.

• Travel and Accommodations:

  • Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodations.

  • Infinite Potential is not responsible for any fees or expenses incurred by participants due to canceled seminars.
